TEI Spa Essentials Limited One Year Warranty:

If your TEI Spa tool fails to function within the specified warranty period because of defects in the materials or workmanship, the tool should be returned to TEI Spa to be either repaired or replaced.  The warranty does not cover any product that has been damaged by dropping, tampering, inappropriate usage or use with power outlet other than the one provided. Proof of purchase required.

TEI Spa Essentials is able to accept returns for the following reasons:

Mechanical Error

Factory Defect

Non-Performance of Products

Product Damaged upon Receival

Discontinued Products as approved by TEI Spa Management
