Cancellations & Returns
TEI Spa Essentials is dedicated to providing exemplary customer service to all of our customers. We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process all orders. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, we will do everything we can to address your concerns.
TEI SPA ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible by email: info@TEIspa.com or by phone: 818.772.8686.
As a vast majority of in-stock items ship within 24 hours from our warehouse, it is imperative that you contact us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. If your attempt in canceling an order is done after our shipment has been placed, you may be responsible for the shipping charges. Please keep in mind that opened items will not be refunded.
TEI SPA RETURN POLICY
Any UNOPENED or UNUSED items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping Costs are unrefundable. Unused products must be in original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Any UNOPENED or UNUSED item may be returned AFTER 30 days of purchase minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping Costs are unrefundable. Unused products must be in original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Used items and devices CANNOT be returned for sanitary purposes and due to U.S. Health Regulations.
NO RETURNS on cleansers, serums, oils, sprays, etc. including, but not limited to: Essential Oils, Misting Sprays, 24 Karat Gold Firming Serum, Bamboo Makeup Brushes, Creams, Scrubs, Serums/Gels, Cotton Swabs, and facial masks.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but due to the possibility of product contamination, we are not able to accept returns on the above items.
Sale Items are Final Sale and may not be returned. Trade Show items are considered Sale Items. If defective, sale items can be exchanged for an identical item. Please see TEI Spa Warranty for more information.
TEI Spa Essentials is able to accept returns for the following reasons:
Mechanical Error
Factory Defect
Non-Performance of Products
Product Damaged upon Receival
Discontinued Products as approved by TEI Spa Management
Returns due to human error will not be accepted, such as dropping on the floor, tampering with product, inappropriate usage, use with power outlet other than the one provided or water damage. Other issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Return Postage is not refundable. Proof of purchase is required.
OUR RETURN PROCESS
A TEI Spa Customer Service Representative MUST authorize all returns. To request Return Authorization, please call 818.772.8686 and a return authorization number will be issued for the product return. Customers must provide invoice number, quantities, and reason for return. Credit will not be applied to any unauthorized return. Refunds may be processed in more than one transaction.

Products returned without an RA (Return Authorization) number will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. TEI Spa does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product being returned for a refund without an RA number.
RECALLS
In the event of a product recall, TEI Spa Essentials will notify all customers with regard to the procedures for returning recalled product.
Note: TEI Spa recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to TEI Spa or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
