Customer Care hours of operation Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m-5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. We are closed on weekends and holidays except by appointment.
A Customer Service Representative MUST authorize all returns. To request Return Authorization, please call 818.772.8686 and a return authorization letter will be issued for the product return. Customers must provide invoice number, quantities, and reason for return. Credit will not be applied to any unauthorized return. Refunds may be processed in more than one transaction.
